[okay, you know what? to hell with keeping silent. after his run-ins with Prussia and Germany at the festival, he's angry. he's wary of them, and he wants the rest of Darstone to be wary, too. because, obviously, there are creatures here of all kinds, and they certainly don't fit Hitler's idea of the Master Race. yup, who knows what those Nazis will do!

Attention guests and citizens of Darstone. I would like to bring to your attention a warning. There are two dangerous blokes in the city and I urge you all to be careful around them.

They are from my world, and they have committed atrocities the likes of which I care not to discuss unless asked directly. Please be cautious! As I've stated, they are dangerous. Make certain you never turn your back on them!

I was forced to pose as a man for sometime, that may explain the discrepancy. But, if you are still are not convinced of my identity, perhaps you would like to see Excalibur?

[Arturia nods with a smile.]

[Concentrating for a moment, she dispels the magic keeping the the holy sword at her hip invisible to the naked eye. In a flash of light and wind, it once more becomes visible, its fae-forged blade gleaming a unearthly glow.]

[dammit, he should have been able to notice it before. perhaps it was because of the mirror that it didn't show up. his magic was rather powerful, and he was quite familiar with the sword. in any case, his head is feeling like it will explode]

Only the One True King can use Excalibur...

[he trembles, looking like he almost might cry. could that really be his beloved King? from an alternate universe, no doubt, but still... it's overwhelming to him]

I imagine that would prove my identity. But I must ask, are you all right, Arthur?

Not just the blade, but the King, himself. [he took the name Arthur because of him!] I... am an immortal being. I'm not a human at all, and neither are the two men I spoke of.

I imagine that explains much about your person. Though I imagine your King and myself are different people, being I'm sure this is the first time we've met.

[he nods]

And the King Arthur I knew was definitely male. And I saw him grow old and die. [small pause] But. Still. You are he, just in a different world. You have the Sword, and the name.
